the whole family
Come and sample Texas wine, seasonal and micro-brewed beers, and lots of great food all day. The kids will enjoy themselves with plenty of activities such as fun jumps, a grape stomp, face painting and much and much
and much more to keep them entertained and happy throughout the day! Of course, there will be great Texas music performed throughout the day and Montgomery's famous Antique and Gift shops and unique restaurants will be open too.
A portion of the net proceeds from the event are invested in the community and redevelopment project for the downtown historic area of Montgomery.
The festival fills the downtown area and the streets are blocked off for this event, and many food and retail vendors round out the goin's on. Due to size limitations, the festival has to limit the number of wineries to just twenty and are by invitation only. Attending this year are some of Texas' brightest and finest ambassadors to the wine industry. You will be able to taste wine and vote on your favorite. We will post the winner of this year's competition in next month's column, stay tuned. Go to http://www.hmba.biz/ for more information or call Rendy at The Rancher's Daughter for a
current list of wineries attending
